Our 90-day money-back guarantee
Fokari is made to be used over 90 days, so that's how long you have to decide.
Use your set. If it isn't for you, email within 90 days of your order being delivered. Include:
- your order number
- a sentence or two on what you tried and what didn't work for you
We'll refund what you paid for the set to your original payment method within 5 business days of your email. You don't need to send anything back.
The guarantee covers one refund per order.
If your set arrives damaged or faulty
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a refund, whichever you prefer. We'll cover any postage.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our 90-day guarantee is in addition to these rights. It doesn't replace them.
