Delivery within Australia
Free delivery in Australia on orders of $100 or more. (The full Fokari set always qualifies.)
Every order is packed by hand on the Gold Coast and posted within 2 business days with Australia Post Parcel Post, which is tracked.
Australia Post usually delivers Parcel Post within 2-6 business days after posting. Regional and remote addresses can take a little longer. Once your order is posted, you'll get an email with your tracking number.
Delivery outside Australia
We currently ship within Australia only.
If something goes wrong
- Tracking hasn't moved for a while, or your parcel hasn't arrived: email with your order number and we'll follow it up with Australia Post.
- Your set arrives damaged: see our refund policy. We'll replace it or refund you.
- Wrong address: email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been posted yet, we'll update it.
